Vetiver is a soothing and cooling, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory essential oil. Calms an over stimulated mind and promotes deep relaxation. It helps provides deep relief from insomnia and sleep difficulties. Also soothes skin inflammations such as dry skin and cracked heels. A great post-delivery addition to help smoothen out stretch marks and other skin marks.

Scent: Strong, earthy, grassy and balsamic scent oil reminiscent of woods and marshlands. Brown to reddish brown colour
Method of usage: Add between 1-3% of vetiver to base oils/creams/lotions (please refer to Skin Dilution Chart) for skin care or massage purposes. Diffuse between 3-4 drops (every 100ml of water) and enjoy its relaxing and calming effects. Cools down a room and adds fragrance and moisture in the air. It is considered safe oil due to its non-irritant, non-sensitizing and non-toxic substance.
