Tangerine has a long history in traditional medicine besides in perfumery, flavouring and food. Its peel is dried and has stomachic and tonic properties. It is also useful to relieve toothaches and earaches.
It has potent germ fighting abilities and also against fungal issues. Massage to relieve muscle aches and spasms, and to calm digestive issues and relieves flatulence. Helps prevent stretch marks during pregnancy and recommended for acne/congested oil skin types. Tangerine's soothing scent may aid sleeping difficulties, nervousness, emotional shock and grief.

Scent: Refreshing, sweet and citrusy in aroma similar to bitter orange. Greenish to golden yellow clear liquid
Method of usage: Add 2-3% of oils to base oils/creams for face/body. Diffuse between 3-4 drops (every 100ml of water). Blends well with other citrus oils such as bergamot, grapefruit, lemon, lime, neroli, rose geranium, copaiba balsam and petitgrain.

Citrus oils are photo-sensitive. Care should be taken to prevent excessive sun exposure when oils are first applied.
