Add a  bit of luxury to your everyday skincare regimen with our carefully selected authentic crystal gua sha tool. Crystals retain cold temperatures well, which is excellent for depuffing and circulation. Gua sha serves as a beneficial instrument for enhancing beauty and providing muscle relief.  When applied to specific facial areas, it helps alleviate tightness in the face, jaw, or neck. As part of your daily beauty massage routine, utilize gua sha to assist with product absorption. When used on the body in long strokes contributes to relaxing and soothing muscle aches and pains.

For face:

  1. On clean skin, apply a few drops of facial oil on palms and spread evenly on face and neck.  This will help gua sha glide with ease.

  2. Place gua sha’s longest, straight side slanted on your skin. With light scraping in upwards motion (pushing fluid towards lymph nodes), you may start with your forehead and move towards your hairline.

  3. Next again with the longest, straight side, place gua sha on cheeks (next to nose area) and outwards towards your ear. Gently press and massage lightly using acupressure when at ear area.  Repeat on both sides.

  4. Next scrape jawline (using the “feet” of gua sha) from middle of chin to ear. Gently press and massage lightly using acupressure when at ear area. Repeat on both sides.

  5. For the neck area, scrape in upward motions (using the longest straight side) towards your chin then move towards the side of your neck and downward and towards the center of your clavicle

  6. Finish with the under-eye area with the smallest point of the gua sha. Move very gently from the inner corner of eye outwards to the temple (light pressure advised).

For body:

Besides pressure points and light massage stroke methods, using the “skin scraping”, method helps stimulates blood flow and may aid drainage.

  1. Preferably on clean skin, apply a few drops of body oil on palms and spread evenly on the necessary areas accordingly.

  2. On afflicted areas of your body, scrape your skin with short or long strokes. Move from the inner parts of your body to the outer areas. This helps stimulate microcirculation of the soft tissue, which in-turn increases blood flow.

  3. Both acupressure and scraping can be applied accordingly.

  4. It is important to keep hydrated throughout and after treatment. Drink moderate amounts of water, and take a short rest at least an hour. Shower in warm water after a minimum of 2 hours following completion of therapy.

  • For external use only

  • Keep out of reach of children.

  • Please consult a physician prior to usage is you have very sensitive/disturbed skin conditions or are on specific skin medication.

  • Always conduct a patch test as it may cause skin irritation in some individuals.

  • Extra care should be taken when massaging near eye and sensitive skin areas.
