Antispasmodic oil with warming and stimulating properties. Gives relief to muscle cramps and spasms, joint aches and pains. Helps prevent flatulence and when one experiences digestive discomfort, bloating and gas. Add to blends intended for alleviation of colds.

Method of usage: A little goes a long way. Add between 0.1% to base oils/creams for body. Diffuse between 1-2 drops (every 100ml of water) and enjoy the benefits. Blends well with other spices, citrus, herbaceous, floral and woody oils such as bergamot, clove, cedarwood, ginger, grapefruit, lemon, mandarin, marjoram, orange, lavender and ylang ylang extra.
