The warm, comforting yet familiar scent in apple pie. Cinnamon leaf essential oil distilled from the leaves of a cinnamon tree is a gentle, affordable oil in comparison to cinnamon bark.
It is a good addition to muscle aches and pain, rheumatism, arthritis, and stiff/cold limb blends. Helps re-energize from feelings of exhaustion and fatigue. May also aid respiratory issues, fever, coughs, and the flu.

Method of usage: A little goes a long way. Add between 0.1% to base oils/creams for body. Diffuse between 1-2 drops (every 100ml of water) and enjoy the benefits. Blends well with other spices, citrus, herbaceous, floral and woody oils such as bergamot, clove, cedarwood, ginger, grapefruit, lemon, mandarin, marjoram, orange, lavender and ylang ylang extra.
